a general practice based in Raheny, Dublin 5, is seeking a Receptionist/Legal Secretary to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity to work in a busy practice with varied and interesting work and the candidate will be expected to carry out a diverse range of duties. Candidates with experience in conveyancing, probate and litigation are welcomed to apply for the position.
The role will include the following tasks:
Normal reception duties, including answering all incoming calls;
Arranging consultations and organising diaries for solicitors;
Audio typing/digital dictation;
Responsibility for incoming and outgoing post;
Fee processing;
File management including opening and closing files, scanning, filing, archiving etc.;
Normal office administration duties.
Required skills:
Experience of at least two years working in a legal office;
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
Excellent typing skills;
Good IT skills;
An ability to manage a busy workload;
Be very well organised;
Experience with a legal case management system is desirable.
