PlantMaster are recruiting for an Office Administrator. Overall, the job requires good telephone skills, a good grasp of MS Word and Excel, good organisational and numerical skills, the ability to communicate comfortably with clients, sub-contractors and staff in a sometimes pressurised environment. The ideal candidate must have the ability to work on their own initiative, multi task and work under pressure when required. Must be a keen team player with a no problem attitude to getting involved and completing tasks. The person will also be required to be flexible in the position and undertake other duties as may be required from time to time. Skills Requirements: Telephone skills. Data input and general filing to (reasonable) deadlines. Liaising with clients by telephone and email. Assisting Accounts Department with admin when required. Maintenance of databases. Monthly and weekly reports and administration.
