Receptionist / Office Administrator – Pemberley Audio Visual Solutions Ltd – Dublin 24

Description

Duties will include answering telephone calls in a professional manner, greeting clients. Providing support to the administration and sales team. Filing, typing, data entry and general office duties. Looking after the office stationary requirements. Attending meetings and minuting same. Will be required to give PA support to the Company Director, make appointments, answer emails, diary management, etc.

Skills Requirements

Ideally, some experience would be an advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Good telephone manner and letter/email writing skills. Computer literacy with a good typing speed. Good knowledge of Word and Excel. Ability to work on their own and also within a team. Strong time management skills. Accuracy and attention to detail is important. Good numeracy skills and ability to multitask.
