To provide a friendly and efficient booking service to all guests booking Spa/ Beauty Treatments and activities in this 5-star environment. Convert enquiries for beauty treatments and activities in a timely manner either by telephone or email and send confirmations as appropriate. Take the initiative to upsell and maximise treatment room utilisation. As part of the team objective ensure that retail sales are maximised by all. All Applicants must have previous Hotel reception/ reservations experience. 1 -2 years previous Hotel Reception/ Reservations Experience essential. Due to the time of the year and the nature of the business, this role is weekends only until Christmas. From December 22 to January 4, 2016 it is 5 days over 7 including bank-holidays and weekends. The hotel closes on January 4 for 1 month reopens on February 14 for weekends only. From March 2016 it is a full time position 5 days over 7 to include weekends and bank-holidays.
