Receptionist – Shanahan Engineering Ltd – Dun Laoghaire

Description

Duties to include answering all calls to reception, taking messages, redirecting calls. Scan all faxes to recipients. Open and record all post. Order all stationery, other office equipment. Order all couriers when requested. Record conference room bookings. Conference Room attendance (tea, coffee, presentations etc). Issue Fedex Report for invoice purposes (bi-weekly). Purchase orders for all purchases made and appropriate filing. Ordering Business cards, letterheads, compliments slips and sourcing new ideas. Monitoring the SE mailbox and forwarding all relevant emails. Entering all expense sheets to RGC. Filing of Time and expense sheets in expense sheets folder. Report expense packs for approval. Update Service Manager Location Report. Co-ordinating Office Events. Restaurant bookings / Conference bookings / In-house lunches, where needed.
