Description
The Slieve Russell Hotel and Country Club requires an experienced front office receptionist. Main Duties: To provide efficient, prompt and trouble free and courteous service to hotel guests; To provide an efficient and friendly telephone service at all times; To provide an excellent service for checking in and out of hotel guests; To be sales oriented & maximise all opportunities to increase the hotels room revenue; To communicate the hotel facilities and services to guests; To prepare daily reports which are accurate in a timely manner; To complete cash handling and ensure that all transactions are completed correctly. We are looking for: Exceptional Customer Service skills, Excellent telephone manner, Good Attention to detail, Outstanding communication skills, Be able to work on your own initiative & cope well under pressure, Be computer literate Excellent personal presentation. The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year?s reception experience in a similar role.
