Corrib Village is NUI Galway campus accommodation, beautifully nestled on the banks of the River Corrib and located only minutes from Galway city centre. From September-May, Corrib Village serves as a student residence. From June-August, it acts as an affordable tourist accommodation option for individuals, groups and families alike. Corrib Village is currently recruiting for Receptionists for the Summer Season. Responsibilities: To greet guests on arrival with a warm and welcoming manner. To carry out our Customer Relations policy. To communicate our services and facilities to guests as required. To deal with any customer complaints in a professional manner. To take all reservations and ensure that all changes are updated in the hotel system accordingly. To answer the switchboard in a warm and friendly manner and to divert calls to the relevant department. To become familiar with all other procedures for reception which the property requires.
