Description
This is an administrative position which would involve acting as a receptionist in addition to typing and secretarial work. An ability to provide assistance and support to senior members of staff; An ability to undertake work on own initiative and as part of a team; Very keen attention to detail; Typing/Dictaphone typing to a high standard or accuracy; Strong communication skills and ability to deal with clients on a daily basis over the telephone and in person; An ability to prepare legal documentation under supervision; Diary management; An ability to carry out photocopying, scanning and general administration
