We are inviting applicants, particularly those with QQI level 8/9 in social care, nursing or related areas to apply. Prior experience in managing a HIQA Designated Centre and deep knowledge of HIQA Standards are required. The Residential & Respite Managers who take on a PIC role for a growing residential service, are responsible for the day to day management of all aspects of the services to which they are assigned.
They should be ambitious for the progression of residents and are responsible for delivering high quality Residential or Respite services to Residents, in consultation with the Operations Manager, whilst upholding our core values of delivering services that are respectful, progressive, professional and positive.
