North West Clare Family Resource Centre wish to recruit a Room Leader. 35 hour post to cover maternity leave.

Experience of working in a community crèche  families
Knowledge of Aistear Curriculum
Proven ability to work effectively with parents and other staff
Knowledge of child protection policy for Little Deers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organisational skills
Ability to work on own initiative and  in collaboration with others
Good Standard of numeracy and literacy
FETAC LEVEL6  level qualification in childcare  by September 2015
Open to own learning and development
Professional approach to work
Able to stay calm and react well under pressure
Flexible with regard to working hours
