VIDA Living a Furniture Wholesale Company in Dundalk has a 1 year Maternity Cover position available in Sales Support. The Sales Support role will involve supporting sales managers in management of customer accounts on a daily basis, processing of orders onto system and fulfilment of deliveries for a designated region each week via our own transport fleet. Provide an excellent level of customer service. Liaising with accounts department regarding customer balances.Liaising with drivers and warehouse team on a daily basis. The ability to maintain a filing system. Assisting other members of the sales support team as and when required.

Skills Requirements

Excellent Customer Service Skills, Sales Experience, Excellent Telephone Manner, Excellent Data Entry Skills, Good Organisation Skills, Attention to detail and ability to Multi-task, Good interpersonal and communications skills. Ability to work under pressure.
