Very busy office. Pleasant personality, excellent telephone skills, flexible and able to multitask. Some kind of financial knowledge with regarding to invoices and purchase orders etc. Applicants must hold a Leaving Certificate or equivalent, a recognised Secretarial Course and a minimum of three years office experience. The successful candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, capable of dealing professionally and competently with students and staff. S/he will have highly homed organisational skills and will be proficient in MS Office. The post holder will also be required to have or quickly obtain a deep understanding of university policies, procedures and structures.
Skills Requirements
1. General office reception duties to greet and assist visitors to the Department. 2. All Requisitions, Quotations, Sales Orders etc related to Dignitary Sentry Systems a sub company with the Estates Office. 3. Ensuring the helpdesk is checked for maintenance requests and logged on computerised database. 4.
