Description

Senior Sales Assistant required for a very well established Jewellers in the heart of Galway City. This will be a heavily sales focused role, previous retail sales experience essential, with luxury goods a distinct advantage. Possible opportunities for progression. Duties include: Dealing with customers both in person & over the phone, Handling complaints and queries, Removing stock from safe & displaying & vice versa, Advising customers on stock, Maintaining a list of lost sales & discussing same with the buyer, Provide day to day support to the management team, Achieve high standards of visual merchandising & stock presentations and working to agreed sales targets with units per transaction (UPT) & the average transaction value (ATV) being monitored on a weekly basis. The candidate must attend both in-house & external training. All stock is computerised & full training will be provided on the EPOS system called Bsmart by Bransom.
