The successful candidate will maintain the highest attainable standards of person-centred care, to promote optimum independence and to enhance the quality of life of the Service User in all aspects of daily living. Experience
Experience working with persons with an Intellectual Disability
Knowledge and experience of the residential, social and recreational needs of persons with an Intellectual Disability
Knowledge and experience of advocacy and individual personal plans/person centred planning.
