Social Care Worker – Tús Nua Childcare

Key Responsibilities
Have clear knowledge and understanding of the National Standards, the organisational Policies and Procedures, as well as all relevant legislation and have an awareness of how this translates to practice.
Place quality service at the heart of all thinking and decision making within the Centre.
Demonstrate efficient budgeting skills thus ensuring the needs of the Centre are consistently and adequately met.

Person Specification
Applicants must have a recognised qualification in Social Studies/Social Care or other relevant qualification.
Applicants must be flexible in order to meet the needs of the Centre (including sleep overs)
Must have a full drivers license.
