Essential Requirements:
Relevant recognised Diploma in Social Care / Applied Social Studies in Social Care (Level 7 on National Framework of Qualifications)
Full current driving licence
Previous relevant experience in Intellectual Disability Service
Flexible to work relevant shifts e.g. 8 hours days, 12 hour days, twilight shifts (8pm to midnight) and weekends as appropriate. There will be a requirement to sleepover in the near future.
Knowledge of statutory regulations, standards, role of person in charge and Health Act 2007
Experience in and commitment to developing supports that are person centred
Willing to undertake a roster covering various locations
Excellent communication skills
CARE ASSISTANT

Essential Requirements:
QQI / FETAC Level 5 Healthcare Support Course or other Relevant Course
Full current driving licence
Previous relevant experience working as a Care Assistant
Previous relevant experience working with adults with Intellectual Disability
Flexibility to work in a variety of areas covering a range of shift patterns including weekends
