Main Role:
The Project Leader has responsibility for development and delivering of youth service plans, and the management of an Area Team and youth centre, as agreed with the Regional Youth Service Manager, Management Team and the Board of Directors.
Salary scale is commensurate with the CDYSB Project Leader Salary Scale €47,328 – €53,252. This post will require the successful candidate to work scheduled hours at evenings and weekends.

Required:
An NSETS professionally endorsed qualification in Youth/Community Work and 5 years full-time experience of working with young people at risk,
Or
An equivalent professional qualification or relevant degree within the Education/Social Science/Youth Work or Community Work field plus 7 years full-time experience of working with young people at risk.
