We are currently recruiting a Staff Mentor to work twenty-five hours a week in our Community Pre-school Service. This person will be responsible for supporting staff, to provide a quality service to all children attending the Centre. The role will involve working with staff on; following best practice guidelines, documenting the curriculum, implementing Aistear and meeting all regulatory requirements in relation to DES and Tusla. They will oversee the access and inclusion of children with addition needs; ensuring they can participate fully in the curriculum.

Candidates should reliable and conscientious with excellent communication skills. They must be qualified at Fetac Level 7/8 in Early Childhood Education or equivalent and have relevant experience in the field of childcare. It is initially a one-year contract with good salary and conditions.
