The ideal candidate will have:
Third level qualification-minimum Level 7 preferably in social care or equivalent and capable of CORU registration.
Availability to work varying shifts including early, late, waking night shifts and sleepovers.
Demonstrate the ability to treat the client group in a non- judgmental way from a trauma informed perspective, which under pins Novas service delivery.
Understanding of a low threshold service and harm reduction model of working
Knowledge and understanding of lone working and the issues involved on a lone working project and the ability to work alone with clients in their accommodation on a one-to-one basis most of the time
Have a full licence and use of own car
