Malta Services Drogheda promotes and supports the rights of people within its service to live self-directed, happy and fulfilled lives so that they can participate as equal citizens in society.

We wish to recruit suitably qualified Support Workers, 30 hours per week for a 11 Month Fixed Term Contract.

Support Workers are responsible for supporting the Individual Goals of Service Users, through a Person Centred Planning process based on the HSE New Directions Policy, as well as providing individualised personal care support as required.

Applicants must have a Major Fetac Level 5 award as a minimum qualification, (full 8 Modules) in health and social care or related field.

Care training and previous experience of working with adults with intellectual disabilities is highly desirable.
