Key Responsibilities and Duties:
1. To manage programmes:
Manage four programmes from initiation stage, through planning, execution, evaluation to closing stage;
Evaluate and review all the programmes on annual basis;
Develop activities and workshops;
Undertake recruitment process for all 4 programmes;
Review and keep to highest standards programme policies, procedures, handbooks and any other relevant documentation.
Prepare and deliver inductions and any necessary training related to the programmes;
Represent PMVT on national and international forums, groups and training;
2. To report:
Produce monthly written reports to the Director of Services;
Provide reports to external organisations/ national bodies when necessary.
3. To support:
Oversee work of the Transition Year Programme Facilitator;
Mentor and lead reflective practise sessions for international volunteers;
Provide support to supervisors overlooking volunteer and student placements.
4. To undertake administrative duties through:
Keep detailed records of contact with volunteers’ and students;
Update programmes’ databases;
Maintain students and volunteers’ details and documentation;
Grant writing;
Liaise with national and international charities and agencies;
Liaise with colleges and parents when necessary;
Ensure Data Protection and GDPR is applied in each programme;
Undertake archive process for all the programmes annually.
5. Other Duties:
Any other duties as designated by the Director of Services.
Person Specification
Qualifications and Experience:
Degree level qualification in social care/youth work, social science or related field
Experience in programme, project and/or workshop facilitation.
Ability to work with a wide range of individuals and organisations in a non-judgmental and Participant cantered approach.
Experience in working in fast pace and chaotic environment.
Experience in the area of homelessness will be beneficial.

Desirable criteria
Knowledge of ESC Programme
Experience of using Salesforce
