Description
Ogilvy & Mather Dublin represents a number of FMCG and service clients who are developing their brands in international markets, particularly those of China and Taiwan. We are seeking to recruit an experienced Art Director/Designer to join our team and help improve our expertise in these regions. The successful candidate will be involved in creating campaigns for our clients that demonstrate an understanding of their brand and consumer preferences. The tasks and duties may include: -work as part of a team to generate compelling ideas in response to the client brief -supervise production of campaigns such as photography shoots and video shoots -commissioning specialists, such as artists and photographers, to deliver on projects

Skills Requirements
The successful candidate will have at a minimum of a BA or higher in a related field and must be fluent in Chinese with knowledge and experience of the linguistics nuances between China and Taiwan. They will need to be skilled and experienced in the use of all the Adobe Suite designer software, including In-Design, Illustrator and Photoshop. Previous work experience should demonstrate unique and fresh creative thinking and design aesthetics with proven commercial success in multiple markets.
