Roughan & O Donovan is seeking a talented and experienced Bridge engineer with varying levels of experience to join our Bridges group. Must have 5-10 years experience in Bridge Design, including bridge assessment and inspection. Proficient in spoken and written English. With proven Project Management skills and experience. Chartered Engineer or working towards chartership status with recognised professional body. Based in South Dublin, Ireland willing to travel overseas as required. Qualified Engineer with minimum of Honours Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering; strong bridge design skills; proficient in bridge design software/technologies; excellent attention to detail & quality design outputs; excellent bridge analysis skills; Proficient in the use of Eurocodes, AASHTO and Indian design standards in the field of bridge design; excellent numerical, analytical skills; flexible, motivated and focused; international bridge design experience.
