Description

As part of our drive to develop market share in Eastern Europe and, in particular, in Russia we require an engineer to work in Sales, Marketing, Design and Project Management. Working alongside senior engineers along with our International Salesman, gradually assuming more responsibility and managing own projects. Based in Dundalk, Ireland expected duties will include: Point of Contact for all Eastern European clients, Proposal drawings, Costings & Quotations; Site Surveys, detail drawings, installation drawings, project planning & organisation; Logistics, including collection and deliveries; Project overview; Operation & Maintenance Manuals. Experience required: Knowledge of the agri-food business in Russia/Eastern Europe required. The ideal candidate will have experience in the design of conveyor systems and their support steel structure. An understanding and knowledge of mechanical engineering principles is essential, both in theory and in practice.

Skills Requirements

Languages Required: Fluency in English and Russian essential Skills Required: AutoCAD. Engineering qualification, ideally mechanical or structural engineering. Word Processing / Spreadsheets / Powerpoint/ Internet. Personal Characteristics: Can work independently or as part of a team. Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. Able to communicate efficiently with customers, colleagues and suppliers.
