Description
This job will be responsible for delivering a consistently high quality operation within the CCTV department of McBreen Environmental Drain Services Ltd and control of costs to ensure jobs are completed profitable with 100% client satisfaction. Duties: Managing and improving the daily operations and delivery of all CCTV contracts as well as driving the creation of new contracts. Pricing all jobs relating to CCTV Surveys. Book jobs in on our CRM / Geopal system accurately and allocate vehicles and operators to jobs bearing in mind cost, customer service and operators,Utilising CRM system, ensuring that detailed information is recorded. Produce CCTV survey reports for customers following completion of survey. Act as a point of contact for the CCTV survey team and ensuring the team is motivated. Responsible for ensuring the daily / weekly equipment and maintenance checks are completed on the assigned CCTV vehicles / Cameras. Also responsible for organising repairs when required.
Skills Requirements
Key Duties and Responsibilities: Strong People Skills; Strong Administration Skills; Excellent IT Skills (Word, Excel); Good Time Management. Experience and Qualifications: Construction Based qualification desirable, namely Civil Engineering. Min 3 years experience required.
