Communications Officer – The Sustainable Water Network (SWAN) – Dublin

SWAN is an umbrella network of twenty six of Ireland’s leading environmental groups working together on water policy issues. The role of Communications Officer Officer is to facilitate smooth and effective communication both within and outside our members’ network.  You will be responsible for promoting SWAN’s aims and objectives through the implementation and further development of the SWAN Communications Strategy and Action Plan, including through SWAN’s website, social media presence and weekly SWAN e-newsletter.

You will also share responsibility for member liaison & support and event management with the SWAN Administrative and Network Support Officer with whom it will be necessary to work closely.  This post is offered as a part-time 12 month contract, 2.5 days/week, contingent on funding.
