Furniture Design & Distribution Company is looking for a Graphic Designer to join its team in Dundalk for an initial 12 month contract position. Knowledge and experience in using Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator is essential. The successful candidate will be a part of the marketing team and will be assisting to develop the company s visual profile and create campaign and communication material for print and digital media. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral/written English, and will need to be experienced in Mac and PC design and web programs and must be able to work as a team member as well as being self-motivated. The Graphic Designer will be a key contributor in taking the company to the next level of design, focusing on branding and external communication. Experience in Graphic Design, minimum of 2 years is essential. Duties include: to know the Adobe Creative suite thoroughly, experience of design as a key part in brand building; working on advertising material such as leaflets, posters, brochures, folios. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, have the ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure, be a person that enjoys working on big projects as well as quick adhoc assignments.
