Within the Dell Global Support and deployment organization, we are looking for a Remote Services Engineer to join our team in Cherrywood, Dublin. Consultation and deployment of all Dell Networking and Dell Storage & consultation and deployment of integrated Virtualisation solutions. Design and implementation converged and fluid integrated solutions. Design and Deploy PSP Maintenance plans in an End to End solution. Review and approve complex ADDM environments, engage as needed. Coach and mentor existing members of the deployments team, L2/L3 support to the Dell field enterprise deployment team (EDT). Ability to quote and deliver highly consultative RCS deployments & ability to document and project manage complex scenarios.

Skills Requirements

Proven comprehensive capability across Dell Networking and Dell storage solutions. Strong virtualisation experience and proven ability. At least 2 industry standard certifications example (Cisco, Microsoft). At least 5 years relevant industry experience – Enterprise computing. At least 2 years internal Dell experience in enterprise computing. Strong communications culture and ability to share knowledge.
