Description
The Human Resources Generalist originates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce. The Human Resources Generalist coordinates implementation of services, policies, and programmes and assists and advises company managers about human resources issues. The Human Resources Generalist manages the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource office, including the development and administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programmes. The HR Generalist carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS and TMS), employee relations, learning and development, recruitment and selection, organizational development, and HR advisory services.
Skills Requirements
Diploma in a relevant HR Discipline or working towards a HR/CIPD qualification; At least two years relevant experience within a busy HR environment; People management experience; Strong knowledge of HR Best Practice process and procedures; Knowledge of Time and Attendance Systems; Good numerical skills; Fluent English; Good decision maker; Flexible work attitude
