Description

Our client is an established firm in the Apartment and Hotel Room fit out sector. Our Client wants to be able to develop styles from which their potential Client can select from. They also want to be able to develop professional presentations & brochures to present to their potential clients in order to ensure that their design help them secure projects. The successful candidate will have 5-10 years experience in a similar role where they were responsible for the interior design of residential and commercial premises. Knowledge of the agents, receivers and capital venture firms will be important as sales will also be a major part of the role. You will need to be a talented designer, outgoing, professional and approachable in order to be successful in this role.

Skills Requirements

You must be creative and able to develop imaginative concepts for a variety of projects and manage the process from initial brief through to completion. The ability to work in a fast-paced and exciting work environment is essential. Other key skills include organisation, flexibility and enthusiastic.
