Description
The successful candidate will work as part of a highly dedicated team in preparing participants for employment in the open labour market. This will include, assessments, exploration of options, job sourcing and job coaching and on-site support. You must possess the ability to work as part of a team and adopt a proactive approach in promoting the services of the organisation to potential employers and the wider community. The position requires high professional standards and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will ideally have; Third level qualification or equivalent in the area of recruitment, sales and or supported employment; Experience of using recruitment and employment principles, methods, techniques and resources; Excellent IT skills; An awareness of and familiarity with the issues/barriers facing people with disability entering into employment; Experience of working in the area of disability and employment.

Skills Requirements
The post holder will be responsible for providing a professional supported employment service to clients across a broad spectrum of disability in County Kildare. This will include conducting needs assessments, providing assistance with job sourcing, employment support and after care. The job holder will also be required to assist the organisation in promoting and developing the range of services provided and helping clients to help themselves in job search techniques where possible.
