IT Project Coordinator – ProductFitter – Dublin 2

Description

Will be responsible for directing, organizing and controlling project activities, under the direction of a Project Manager. You will need to be experienced in systems delivery, with a focus on the development phase of the lifecycle. Highly articulate, to be equipped not only to deal with clients at the most senior levels, but to act as coach and mentor to junior members of the project team, too. Attend client meetings and assist with determination of project requirements. Prepare documents with project requirements, work hours, budgets and schedule. Assist with scheduling and coordination of meetings as needed. Track the progress and quality of work being performed by each team. Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team. Ensure clients needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner. Test deliverables throughout the lifecycle of the project. Keep the Project Manager and others informed about project status and issues.

Skills Requirements

Eligible to work in Ireland & the EEA. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Need to be organised and be able to multi-task. Previous experience in technology/computers preferred. Ideally with skills in project management and in the delivery of development projects plus at least 2 years experience in a business/technical analyst role. Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team based environment. Willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
