T Kilmartin & Son (I) Ltd are currently seeking to recruit a junior operative focused on the efficient production of black and white and colour digital print. The successful applicant will also be expected to have working knowledge of Quark Xpress, Adobe InDesign, illustrator and Photoshop and to hold a qualification in Desktop publishing or similar. With an eye for detail and a commitment to quality the successful applicant will be expected to produce quality work in collaboration with our client base, with no wastage and delivery to predetermined production schedules. Duties include: Manage the production of printed work including pre-press planning, Interpret and action work docket instructions regularly communicate and update Management regarding work progress, Ensure all work and stocks are stored correctly throughout the production process, and Coordinate equipment maintenance schedule.
