Applications are invited for four temporary 5 year roles of Lecturer (below the bar) in Computer Science within the School of Computer Science & Informatics. The UCD School of Computer Science & Informatics is Irelands leading computer science school in terms of teaching and research. It offers teaching programmes at BSc and Masters level that attract top students from Ireland and overseas. The staff are active in research and have leadership positions in research programmes such as Lero (lero.ie) and the Insight Centre for Data Analytics (insight-centre.org). The school is committed to excellence in teaching and research and to supporting the Information & Communications Technology sector that is such an important part of the Irish economy. In order to address the demand for graduates and postgraduates in Computer Science the school is recruiting a number of lecturers to support the expansion of the BSc and MSc programmes.
