As a Front-End Developer, your primary responsibilities will be to theme develop the frontend of new / existing Magento sites. Assist in site development and enhance website functionality and user experience. Design, Modification and Maintenance of websites user interfaces. Collaborate with UI/UX team and backend development team to produce best in class front end experience for our clients. Maintaining a high awareness of industry issues and trends, particularly in regard to accessibility, usability and emerging technologies. Meet deadlines, Do what it takes. Participate in the Frontend and Magento community.

Skills Requirements

At least 1 year practical experience working on Magento Projects (Preferable). HTML5, Javascript, jQuery, CSS3 and PHP. Magento MVC Architecture and Configuration. MagentoLayout XML. Magento Best Practices. Must write clean, semantic, valid markup and modular, cascading, reusable CSS. Responsive Web Design skills with experience working with frontend frameworks such as Twitter Bootstrap. PhotoShop Skills – proficient in converting PSD compositions into HTML and CSS.
