BEAM Services is a Voluntary Organisation providing Day, Respite and Residential Services to Adult with Special Needs in Bagenalstown, Co. Carlow.

A Vacancy exists for a Manager (Fulltime 39hrs per week from June 2015)

This post will be responsible for the day to day management and coordination of day, respite and residential services.

The successful candidate should possess a relevant third level qualification; have at least 5 years’ experiences in working with people with a learning disability as well as relevant supervisory experience.

They will be capable of managing and leading a service that is dedicated to providing the highest quality of service to adults with a learning disability. They will be responsible for managing all aspects of day to day operations, as well as leading the implementation of our strategic vision.

A Vacancy also exists for Programme Facilitator (Part-time 25hrs 5 days per week from June 2015)

The person appointed will be suitably qualified, high motivated, have experience in the compilation and delivery of care plans and training programmes. The role will involve planning and implementing programmes and assisting service users to participate in the community.
