The Manufacturing Systems Administrator administers the operations of computer systems related to operating systems, servers, & end-user workstations used in the manufacturing process. Although the Administrator is not responsible for writing new application software, the administrator demonstrates understanding of how software behaves in order to deploy (test and validate), configure, & troubleshoot systems. Additionally, the Administrator researches new technologies & leverages optimization techniques to ensure that systems operate efficiently. Skills & Experience: -4+ yearsâ?? experience is preferred. -Experience/knowledge around public/private keys & Public Key Infrastructures (PKI) -Comfortable with security concepts & audit procedures -Experience with Microsoft SQL & basic database functionality -Networking experience: firewall & routing basics -Computer experience: supporting desktops in an office / Manufacturing environment -Strong logical & analytical thinker

Skills Requirements

Responsibilities: Maintain Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) environment used in the manufacturing process. Maintain operations of all virtual, web, & client systems. Troubleshoot & resolve IT service issues related to operating systems & servers that support the manufacturing process. Partner with the infrastructure team to troubleshoot & resolve network related issues. Implement & maintain a systems business impact assessment to prioritize system recovery.
