This is the ideal role for a candidate with an interest and experience in working with 3D CAD and who is looking to develop their career with a company offering scope for progression. As a CAD or computer-aided design technician, you will use software to create designs for press tools used in the manufacture of car components for the automotive industry. You will work in 3D design using specialised software. Training will be given but experience in the automotive or engineering industry would be an advantage. Required Skills: Knowledge and experience of 3D CAD software, an engineering technology background, attention to detail, computer skills and good analytical and problem-solving skills.
