We do this by supporting groups and communities across the country that are applying for, or receiving, funding for specific programmes. In practical terms, this can involve assessing funding applications, providing support, checking financial returns, processing payments, and auditing to ensure funds are used for the intended purposes. The Role

The role of Monitoring, Analysis & Outcome Unit Lead has overall responsibility for developing the means to capture and demonstrate the outcomes being achieved for individuals and communities through these programmes. This post holder will shape and inform how we develop this work, how we best use data to inform and enhance programme design and how we support funded organisations to deliver the best services to those requiring them. The post holder will manage the completion of Pobal’s monitoring requirements, including the development of appropriate systems and their implementation. They are also responsible for managing the monitoring team and all related liaison activities.
