Description

Duties: 1. NC programming: Using Wicam PN4000. 2. Bill of Materials: Creation and maintenance using Vantage. 3. Work with tool makers on design of tools, jigs and fixtures. 4. Answer any technical queries operators may have. 5. Cost reductions and methods to improve production. 6. Work with customers on designing new parts/prototypes. 7. Redesign for manufacture. 8. Projects: Follow new parts/prototypes from start to completion.

Skills Requirements

Candidates must have a third level qualification in engineering and be proficient with Autocad/Pro Engineer, imaging editing software, Adode Acrobat and Microsoft office. Excellent verbal and communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers and managers. Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines; able to work effectively in ambiguous or changing situations. Full training will be given on Wicam and Vantage & Pro Engineer.
