Description
We are seeking a Network Assurance Coordinator to join our clients Network Services Team. The role of the Coordinator is to maintain the stability of the network and the satisfaction of our customers through oversight and management of the change and problem management processes. Minimizing the operational risk from executing network changes by ensuring close adherence to defined change procedures across the organisation. Driving the reduction of repeat network faults by implementing and tracking the success of the root cause analysis and problem management processes. Overall responsible for the Change Management process. Identify potential operational risks and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns. Own the change calendar and chair the weekly Change Advisory Board. Pro-actively communicate with business owners and stakeholders up-to-date information in relation to planned works. Customise corporate plans. Manage measurement systems to track adoption, KP.
Skills Requirements
Specialisation in business processes related to Service Assurance (Incident, Change and Problem management processes). Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies at a technical level. Familiarity with project management approaches. Educated to 3rd level in a relevant discipline. 3 Years in a Service Assurance process ownership role (preferably Change and/or Problem management). Understanding of eTOM or ITIL Service Management. Familiar with Remedy ARS trouble.
