Office Administrator (Junior Position) – InterNETalia Ltd – Co Donegal

InterNETalia Ltd, is a growing Software Development company based in Donegal Town since 1997 and is currently looking to expand. We are presently seeking applications for the role described below and invite applications from interested parties by date specified. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing client relationships by answering phone calls and emails from our clients and delegating tasks to the appropriate department with prompt, appropriate follow up to ensure complete client satisfaction and speedy resolution of all issues. The candidate will also work closely with the Customer Support Manager in various other tasks including but not limited to; documentation, accounts administration and statistical analysis. Previous experience of working in an office environment and ability to work as part of a team is essential. Hours of work in this role will be 8.00am to 4.30pm.

Skills Requirements

Excellent written & verbal communication skills to include high level of attention to detail, proficient in MS Word and MS Excel. Self-confidence in completing works and willingness to seek further training if necessary. Ability to think on your feet in a fast-moving environment, multi-task and handle frequent interruptions. Experience of troubleshooting problems with high urgency and providing responsive and consistent resolutions, ability to prioritize and escalate works.
