Connect-123 has received industry recognition as a quality provider of internship, volunteer, and study abroad opportunities for overseas students and graduates in Barcelona, Buenos Aires, Cape Town, Dublin, and Shanghai. We’re growing and are now hiring Program Coordinators for our important Dublin location.

As a Program Coordinator, you will:

help match students to the best-fit internship or volunteer opportunity
assist with preparations for their trip to Dublin, including identifying great housing options
engage in coaching/mentoring sessions to help students learn from their experience and build their careers
identify new volunteer and internship opportunities
build and maintain relationships with local host organisations and help them to define intern/volunteer projects
continuously deepen your knowledge of local projects by attending industry events, reading relevant publications and building a network of contacts
organize and participate in fun and educational social experiences for interns and volunteers
provide support to other program locations, including Barcelona, Buenos Aires, Dublin, and Shanghai as needed

Further, you will be a valued member of the Connect-123 team. You will receive ongoing training, mentoring, and support to help you succeed as well as opportunities for career growth.

Requirements

Third level qualification
Superior people skills, including leadership, listening, problem-solving, and coaching
Excellent communication skills: written and verbal
Proven organisational and multitasking skills
Advantageous
Experience in event management, tourism, marketing, counseling or teaching a plus
Overseas work/travel/volunteer experience advantageous

Personal Skills/Attributes

High energy level and entrepreneurial drive
A deep commitment to help others and contribute to host communities and organisations
