Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out research into the feasibility and tendering of new and innovative programmes and for acting in a project management capacity to assist with the start up phase of new projects in the region. In addition they will support Area Managers in the improvement and ongoing development of curricula for current programmes and for ensuring that programme design meets both the needs of learners, certifying bodies and the changing needs of the employment market. Key tasks: Liaising and establishing good communication links with funders and external organisations, in particular it includes working closely with national and international certifying bodies in particular the TSS system. Working in collaboration with Area Managers on all issues particularly the implementation of quality systems and the evaluation of current programme delivery. Applicants should have a current, clean driving license and a suitable means of transport.
