Common Purpose, a well-established leadership development organisation, is looking for a dynamic and capable person to lead on the delivery of its programmes in Dublin.

The position will involve:

Recruiting programme participants at a senior level across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors
Successfully reaching annual revenue targets
Delivering a powerful, cross-sector, leadership development programme to current and future movers and shakers
Establishing and maintaining a high profile for Common Purpose in Dublin
Managing an office and a small team
