Advanced Field Solutions (AFS) has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager/Analyst to join the AFS delivery team to manage the delivery of customer field service workflow management software solutions using the AFS platform, liaising between the customer and AFS s software development teams. Responsibilities:Use interviews, workshops, documentation reviews, etc to gather customer business requirements.Determine accurate business requirements from user requests.Be able to draw requirements together into scope and functional requirements documents.Proactively manage the process from scoping to go-live, to ensure on-time delivery within agreed resources & scope.Work closely with software developers and the customer to resolve any issues. Communicate project status regularity using reports, emails etc.Provide consultancy and expertise to customers.Identify a customers future needs to support the business development process. Work as part of a team on problem solving initiative.
Skills Requirements
Min of 3yrs experience in Project Management or Business Requirement Gathering Customer-facing experience.Ability to:-synthesis high volume information into clear requirements and instructions.Communicate effectively with all stakeholders (both written and verbal).Articulate key business advantages of the software solution to potential customers.Demonstrable process analysis or process mapping experience.Cloud service delivery or administration experience an advantage.
