This role includes a diverse array of specialist responsibilities, such as: Training in Salesforce CRM systems and some information management consultation. Undertaking Social Return On Investment evaluations. Supporting services in their communication strategies, including developing social media and creating video and online content. Training and management supports for services. Experience in training and consultancy in SALESFORCE CRM systems. Qualified Social Return in Investment practitioner. Experienced researcher and evaluator. Experience in video production, social media and marketing. Experienced trainer.
