Our client based in Clondalkin Dublin 22 are looking for a QMS Coordinator. Reporting to the Quality (ISO 9001),Health and Safety(OHSAS 18001) and Environmental (ISO 14001) Managers, the QMS Integration Co-ordinator will be responsible for the co-ordination of all aspects of these three systems within the organisation in preparation for these systems to be fully integrated into one single QMS (Quality Management System) for the business. This person will also ensure all documentation is correctly stored on the management system and monitor compliance across all documentation relating to Quality and Engineering, Health and Safety, and Environment. Possess good knowledge in document control and management processes and ISO standards; Knowledge of Quality, H and S and Environmental regulations. Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Words and Power point). Knowledge in using document control software advantageous.
