This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious maintenance professional with a hands-on approach and at least 3-5 years experience in a Food Industry, Medical Device or Pharma environment looking for a new challenge. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing an existing small team of maintenance engineers across a Food Manufacturing and Packing facility. Skills Requirement: Applicants should have a broad range of mechanical, electrical and electronic engineering skills developed over 5 years + in a high volume manufacturing environment. They should also be comfortable working in a challenging, target driven organisation. Familiarity of working within a demanding Quality Systems/ISO standards operation etc. are a basic requirement of the role. A willingness to work at an operational on tools level is also expected. Good people management skills are essential.
