Ideal candidate: looking to get experience as a software trainer on your CV, ready to be part of a busy operations team of 15-20 software technicians and trainers, able to give training to small groups of clients either new to the software or doing refresher courses, engaging and personable, attitude positive, be able to represent our business well, love systems and improving them, live life with a checklist or at least have great attention to detail, be able to follow routines and get frustrated when others don’t. The role is to ensure that existing clients are trained to a set standard following implementation of software upgrade. There is a culture of very serious approach to business but in a fun, friendly manner. The training is typically delivered in small groups of 5-10 either on the client s site or in the head office training centre. Delivery of standardised systematic training modules in a focussed scenario, to a high level of professionalism.
Skills Requirements
Ensure customers satisfaction following training.Be a brand ambassador for Keyhouse in all client interactions. Strengthen existing client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.Identify opportunities to upsell other Keyhouse products.
